Project Manager

Full-time

KAT & Company is a positive-impact marketing agency based in Bismarck, ND. We are hiring Project Managers to contribute to the growth and success of KAT and our clients.

Project Manager is a full time position. Local employees work onsite at our Bismarck office. We will consider remote positions for qualified candidates outside of the Bis-Man metro area.

To succeed as a Project Manager you must be able to:
  • Effectively utilize project management software to manage timelines, deliverables, assignments and communication
  • Manage and maintain accurate data and details across multiple projects
  • Work collaboratively with a team of project managers to balance production staff workloads and priorities
  • Execute tasks and projects on time and on budget
  • Consistently meet project requirements with strong attention to details and good internal and client communication

Qualifications, Experience, Personal Skills:
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree or comparable college studies, applicable experience will be considered
  • Relevant experience including managing projects for video production, web development or marketing campaigns is strongly preferred
  • Decisiveness, good judgment
  • Ability to work and play well with others
Compensation Package
  • The annual salary for this position is dependent on experience and applicable skills.
  • KAT will match employee contributions 100% of the employee’s deferrals up to 3% of compensation, plus 50% of deferrals up to the second 2% of compensation, for up to a total of 4% match in the KAT sponsored 401K Retirement Plan. Eligibility begins after 6 months of employment.
  • 2 weeks annual vacation leave, 1 week annual sick leave

  • Optional Summer Hours – typically allowed from Memorial Day to Labor Day
